What are the different scents that are available?
Lake Buzz Candle Company offers a wide variety of scents for their products. The scent profiles are: Bakery, Clean, Earthy, Floral, Fruity, Masculine, Sweet Dessert. You can find out more about the individual scents here.
How long will my candle last?
Lake Buzz candles (on average) are 10oz and burn for approximately 80 hours, so they burn approximately 7.87 hours per ounce.
How long will my wax melt last?
Two wax melts should last between 8 to 10 hours. When you can no longer smell the fragrance it is time to replace the wax.
What is the difference between a candle and a wax melt?
A candle is a solid block of wax with a wick embedded in it, while a wax melt is made up of a small block of wax that is melted over indirect heat and used to scent a room. Candles are typically used for decoration or to provide light, while wax melts are used primarily for their fragrance.
How do I use a room spray?
Room sprays are a great way to add a fresh scent to a room without having to light a candle. To use, spray the room spray in the desired area and allow any settled spray to dry. You can also spray it on your bed sheets or pillows to get a long-lasting scent. Please be sure and shake before each use.
What are the different laundry products that are available?
You can find a range of scented laundry detergents. This is a natural, concentrated laundry detergent sure to keep your clothes clean and smelling fresh. If you are sensitive and have many allergies, this laundry soap is for you! Works great in all types of washing machines and is septic tank safe.
Our Laundry products also includes Buzz Balls, which are wool scented laundry dryer balls that contain your choice of scent. They can be added to the dryer with wet clothes and help reduce drying time, and leave a fresh scent.
How do I use the bath salts?
The most common way to use them is to add them to a bathtub full of water. This will cause the salts to dissolve and release their fragrance. You can also add them to a foot bath, or use them as a scrub. I recommend 1/4 of a cup on average.
How were the candles/wax melts made?
Lake Buzz candle company hand pours all of our products with the love, care and attention you would expect from an independent retailer.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free when you spend over $75! For orders under $75, shipping costs $5 or $8.20 if your order includes laundry detergent (Due to the size & weight).
Shipping to Canada is via USPS and your shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.
What are your delivery options?
Lake Buzz Candle Company offers a variety of shipping and delivery options. If you'd like to pick up your order, select 'Pickup' during the checkout process. For local orders, we can deliver. You may also choose to have your order delivered by USPS.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed the day of receipt. Based on the shippers, you should receive your Lake Buzz Candle Company items within 3-5 business days.
What is the return policy?
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles can not be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return an item?
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time.
